Management Team
Founder and President, Peter Griffiths has been at the helm of the company for the past 15 years. A native of Liverpool, England, Pete holds a Bachelors of Science degree with honors in Electrical Engineering from Leeds University and a Master Degree in Aerosystems Engineering from the University of Loughborough. He spent 20 years of military service as an Engineering Officer with the British Royal Air Force before starting AxSys Technologies.
Sales Manager, Alesa Klein brings experience in business, sales and marketing to the team. A Charlotte native, Alesa holds an MBA from Wingate University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Appalachian State University. She is a Certified Microsoft Account Executive and serves on the boards of business networking groups including Matthews Executive Group; Charlotte B2B Forum and Charlotte Insights.
Development Team: Our development team consists of highly skilled, systems engineers with over 60 years of collective experience in software requirements and design, programming, testing and documentation. Together they hold 30 Microsoft Business Solution Master Level Certifications.
